Snow has been sitting outside for the past week with no
signs of melting. Yes, it is FREEZING!
Winterizing was/is always a good option in preparing for
days like these except, you’ll never fully know what might be affected. For
instance, all our properties received a treatment prior to the first snow fall –
the sprinkler systems were shut off and left over water in the pipes were blown
out. Despite this effort…we are still struggling with frozen pipes – this time,
in the building.
We have been moving frantically to resolve this issue;
however, the difficult part is uncovering where the blockage is located in order
to target and melt the ice.
