Owner's Background

Ekot Properties, Inc and Ekot Real Estate, LLC. were both conceived by Esther S. Jackson-Stowell. In 2010, she founded Ekot Properties. Inc., and later in 2015, Ekot Real Estate, LLC emerged as the Sales division, focused on assisting clients in building generational wealth. Esther’s journey, which began with a background in the real estate sector, took a transformative turn to better serve property owners, potential tenants, and investors.

Esther’s extensive experience spans several years, primarily in Property management, with a significant portion spent working for a real estate coalition in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area.

Academically, she honed her expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Public Management from California State University. In addition to her academic achievements, Esther holds a Real Estate Management license and is proud recipient of the Certified Occupancy Specialist certification, awarded by the esteemed National Center for Housing Management (NCHM). For three years, she contributed her expertise to the Salt Lake City Historic Landmark Commission. The same year, she also held the position of chair for the Poplar Grove Community Council.

Beyond her impressive professional portfolio, Esther embraces her role as a dedicated mother to two wonderful boys, as well as their charming daughter, and she is a source of inspiration for the foster children welcomed into her home. Her husband proudly acknowledges her as the “best wife ever.”
