Rejection

The notion of rejection come in all forms. In real estate, specifically in property management, you may have many interests in a unit and sometimes less than a few. At times, you may even be close to signing a lease when the prospective tenant backs out of their desire to rent from you. Turn the tables around, you - as a property manager - may have a surplus of applicants for a specific unit or property and have to choose one out of many at the end.

The bottom line is rejection sucks. Insomuch, that the Rejection Therapy is beginning to sweep the nation for many to overcome it.

In property management, rejection is merely one part of the rental process. So, it's important to focus on the upside of your job as a property manager as we do at Ekot (i.e. we work hard to make sure that we pair each qualified applicant to the unit that fits them the best).
