Changes
Change is inevitable. You hear this more often than you'd like; however, rather than dwell on the negative aspect of change, try focusing on your resiliency towards it.

Yes! I guess that goes for anything. Change is good, right? In PM, it gives you the opportunity to find out what the unit is really worth. It also keeps your game sharp, forcing you to accommodate the market.
